Your story is enough for you to be powerful. You do not have to become an advocate for your story to mean something. You are enough just as you are.

Always keep your head up. Never let anyone think you're less then them. Best advice I could give is love yourself no matter what. In your heart you will always know you have the courage to stand with pride knowing you are a lovely soul and it's not your fault for being in a situation.

Healing to me is being kind to yourself and allow yourself to have those hard days, allow your heart to love yourself because you are pretty amazing. For me art was my way to express those feelings even though I was not good at it, I just let it be and kept going.

I promise you aren't alone. It may feel it when you are in the darkest times or carry all the shame and guilt. Just let it go, the stress and physical pain you carry is not worth what hurt you in the first place. When you keep hurting from someone else, you put the power back into their hands. Take control.

having family and friends as well as two cats around that love you and dont judge you because of this.
