Message to a Survivor
Dont give up. Even a life of suffering is better than no life at all.
Message of Healing
continuing to strive for healthy relationships. continuing to press forward and stay motivated to get the cognitive therapy i need. hold close the friends who care, who are supportive and understanding.
I joined the army getting it drilled in my head and cursed at and belittled for months about INTEGRITY ARMY VALUES RESPECT all to just live with trauma and disappointment by leadership who failed me and soldiers who took advantage. From serving with two separate units, both were gut wrenching anytime I had to be present and oh did they make sure that I was. Joining the Army is my biggest disappointment and hardest anger from healing to overcome. Please pray for me.
