Message of Healing
Healing is a feeling of relief and having peace.
I'm a postal worker that was sexually assaulted by a coworker on my route. I reported it to the management team and union about the incident and make a report. They remove the carrier from the same faculty for 5 weeks later return back for the union president that representing him says it was he say she said. And which he was protecting his friend. When learn about how they didn't properly investigated the incident. I file criminal charges against the coworker and had to go to court on charges. Months later the coworker pleaded guilty in court to the charges. When court was over I reported the court information to my employer that I felt unsafe working in the environment. I been sitting at home since April waiting a transfer. Since the report the guy that sexual assaulted me still works for the postal service like nothing ever happen like it's ok to do those things to a coworker no discipline. I feel like I’m being punished for doing the right thing and it’s not right.
