サバイバーへのメッセージ
Don't let the things someone else decided was okay determine who you are, grow from it. Use it as fuel to make yourself someone you feel safe with, someone a child, teenager, or adult would feel comfortable asking for help. You are not your trauma, you are you and you are loved and worth being here.
いやしのメッセージ
I have been going to therapy since I was 15, I am 20 now. I have learned that my self-worth should not be based off of the things he did to me, but based off of who I have became because of the events I have been through. I have turned into the person that my younger self needed at the time and I am so proud of the progress that I have made.
I was 5 years old when I had first moved to Texas, I had to move in with family until my mom and I got back on our feet financially. My cousin, Name, started molesting and abusing me. I remember everything but don't want to write all of it but I will write the one thing he did that has ruined my life completely. When I was 11 years old, he had analy raped me, he then left me alone and the day after told me he would kill me if I ever said anything.
