Message to a Survivor
I know that it is hard to ask for help and to talk to people about what happened. I'm starting therapy and even though I've got past the first part of asking it's still really hard to talk. Please ask for help.
Message of Healing
Healing is my hope to have healthy relationships and set boundaries within relationships so that I can feel that other people respect my body. I want to know that people will not touch me without my consent. I want physical touch to be something that can make me happy.
