Message of Healing
Healing to me is self love and faith. You can’t pour from an empty cup so I think it’s important that we take Care of our body, mind and soul.
I was 13 years old when I lost my virginity. I didn’t know what consent was at that point in time but I felt pressured to do it anyways. It was the worst first experience and I felt like a used toy. This went on and on for 7-8 years and I felt stuck in this toxic relationship. The only option for me was to physically move away from me ex and I did. Only to get my heartbroken a few months after that. I noticed I try to move on by throwing myself at other guys but it’s not the healthiest coping mechanism but I’m recognizing my patterns and healing every day.
