Esto sucedió en su dormitorio, que compartía con su hermano menor. Ella lo dejaba afuera, usando muebles para bloquear la puerta. Su hermano golpeaba y pedía que la dejaran entrar, pero ella se negaba. Sus padres parecían en su mayoría despreocupados, solo ocasionalmente le decían que no dejara afuera a su hermano.

# Estoy tratando de entender una experiencia de mi infancia. Cuando tenía unos 12 años, una niña local que era uno o dos años menor que yo empezó a "jugar al doctor" conmigo, a pesar de mi falta de interés. Me tocó los genitales, lo que no me molestó, pero luego insistió en que tocara los suyos. Cuando me negué, me amenazó con decir que la había abusado si no accedía. Sintiéndome presionada, participé de mala gana. Esto sucedió en su dormitorio, que compartía con su hermano menor. Ella lo dejaba afuera, usando muebles para bloquear la puerta. Encuentra un lugar cómodo para sentarte. Cierra los ojos suavemente y respira profundamente un par de veces: inhala por la nariz (cuenta hasta 3), exhala por la boca (cuenta hasta 3). Ahora abre los ojos y mira a tu alrededor. Nombra lo siguiente en voz alta:

Sostén un objeto en la mano y concéntrate completamente en él. Observa dónde caen las sombras en algunas partes o quizás dónde se forman formas dentro del objeto. Siente lo pesado o ligero que es en la mano y cómo se siente la textura de la superficie bajo los dedos (esto también se puede hacer con una mascota, si tienes una).
