# Experimenté juegos de roles sexuales y bromas con un amigo y sus amigos mayores (de 15 años, entre 10 y 12 años, principalmente en línea). La exploración y experimentación sexual entre niños de edades similares no es poco común, pero si la situación implicó presión, manipulación emocional o diferencias de edad significativas, puede ser una señal de que se trató de un comportamiento abusivo. Actividad de puesta a tierra

Encuentra un lugar cómodo para sentarte. Cierra los ojos suavemente y respira profundamente un par de veces: inhala por la nariz (cuenta hasta 3), exhala por la boca (cuenta hasta 3). Ahora abre los ojos y mira a tu alrededor. Nombra lo siguiente en voz alta:

Siente lo pesado o ligero que es en la mano y cómo se siente la textura de la superficie bajo los dedos (esto también se puede hacer con una mascota, si tienes una).
